When deciding to add dealer links to
this page, I will consider several factors:
- The dealer should have a
representative selection from several Bust Coin denominations. I do
not want a bunch of blank links from want of material. If you
are a denomination-specific dealer (i.e. only Early Copper) we may find an
alternate format for you. I will consider one row that links to
lists of denomination-specific dealers.
- The page URLs must be consistent
and repeatable. If your inventory or search result page cannot be
bookmarked, it will not be entered into the table.
- Pages that are too specialized
will not be linked. Space and design considerations allow only
so many buttons, so we cannot have separate links for "Flowing Hair Half
Dimes", "Draped Bust Half Dimes", and "Capped Bust Half Dimes"; just "Bust
Half Dimes." I will link to a page on your server that contains additional
links for each type of Bust Coin.
- No links to search forms.
The purpose of this page is to take Bust Coin collectors directly to the
coins that interest them - without the hassle of wading through home
pages, indices, and searches.
- If you mix several design types on
a single page (i.e. Bust Dimes and Seated Dimes), they should be
chronological and the Bust Coins must appear when my link is hit without
scrolling up or down the page. This can be done by placing bookmarks
within your sales pages. This will allow me to link to a specific
portion of a large page.
- Outdated or stagnant pages will be
removed.
